Boating & Fishing The Darwin Trailer Boat Club has a very active boating and fishing community with regular trips and activities organized as well as ongoing monthly fishing competitions. Everybody is welcome to participate with junior and female anglers particularly encouraged to join in the fun. Boat_Registration_form_2011.doc Weather and Tide information Fishing Calender 2013 Shady Camp Sat 30th March – Sun 31st (King tides) Bare Sand 4TH – 6th May (neap tides) Perron Island 3rd- 5th August (neap tides) Apsley Straits 5th – 7th October (Spring Tides) It was decided to go with 4 fishing trips  for the Calender year rather than try for a monthly trip. All dates chosen are long weekends. We would like any feedback or alternative dates to be sent to the DTBC. Remember you need to attend the Wednesday before the fishing trip at 6pm in the fisho bar for the latest information and confirm your particaption in the fishing trip.. The club will make available via the webpage some recommended GSP settings, routes, fishing spots, and on some trips, overland route.
